Adelaide Plains equestrian centre is a professional fully insured Indoor horse-riding centre equipped with 10 beautifully trained safe school horses in a range of heights suitable to teach all levels of riders from beginner - advanced.

We are located in a quiet location in Reeves Plains, less than a 5-minute drive from the Two Wells Township and approximately 40 minutes from the CBD via the northern connector.

Lessons are taken in our fully enclosed Olympic sized dressage indoor arena complete with lounge areas, grandstand, club rooms, upstairs office and viewing platform, kitchenette and toilet facilities. Our 20 acres also has an all-weathered shell grit dressage riding arena and grassed showjumping arena. 

We are a passionate team aiming to deliver high quality standards and produce high quality riders.

 Sarah takes great pride in her students achieving goals and knows the utmost importance of developing the correct position from a riders very first lesson. Sarah's knowledge of horse and rider mechanics goes deep into detail in all her lessons. There's no traffic directing in this establishment, Sarah's teaching style gives her riders the knowledge on how to focus on muscle groups and biomechanics to create independent seat and hands. Her methods not only incorporate general English riding in the saddle but teaches riders the knowledge on horse behaviour and how to " think like the horse" this method has been proven to produce great riders to move on to be top competitors and horse owners.

Here at AP equestrian Sarah believes it's important to not only teach the rider the right skill set under saddle but teach them the reason WHY!

Sarah has spent over 20 years defining her own skill set in and out of the saddle to produce lovely ridden horses and has specialised in soft breaking and training methods and re-mouthing cases.

Sarah is passionate to share every ounce of knowledge she has gathered over her years with all her students at Adelaide Plains equestrian centre.
